Bad Points

If we are talking about their Internet Banking service, then I have not got a bad word to say about it, except that security can sometimes be so good that it could make it difficult for people who are not comfortable with technology to actually get onto Internet Banking in the first place.


General Comments

Internet banking with Lloyds TSB is excellent. Internet loans into your account within seconds of applying, using Quick Sign. Very good rate of interest on their internet credit card. Easy access to all savings accounts including their Cash ISA. The opportunity to buy and sell stocks and shares as a part of a stocks & shares ISA online. I have applied for online loans, online credit cards, online saving accounts, online cash ISAs, online stocks and shares ISAs, current account upgrades, increased overdrafts, all without having to talk to anyone. I am in complete control of ALL my accounts and my wife who is a joint account holder has been equally impressed with the service.
