Good Points

Customer Service was good. But the courier service was poor.

Bad Points

No delivery, had to collect myself.

General Comments

I would not use City Link Parcel Delivery Service again. Not sure why Amazon choose to use this courier. They didn't deliver even though I was at home. I had to collect it from the warehouse.
