Great staff, lovely Aveda products used on hair, nice salon and do a fantastic colour. Cuts are generally good too.
Bad Points
Fairly busy salon. I see this as a good thing though that people want to go and its not on the cheap side. Its busy because its a good service
General Comments
I have not walked away from Willie Smarts after a negative experience in my 8 months using the salon. I go every 8 weeks.
The colour is fantastic and as a blonde this is crucial in getting my repeat business. The stylists are fantastic and would highly recommend. Its also about the whole experience with coffee refills a plenty and nice smelling cherry shampoo.
