They take the money from my account with no problem. They always answer your phone calls, promptly.
We sent in a claim to More Than when my dog was diagnosed with glaucoma (nearly two weeks ago) at the age of 7 and they are not forthcoming with the claim. I have been told to cancel the appointment with the specialist if I am worried about finding the cash to pay, as More Than are said to be bogged down with claims. So my dog has to wait for an answer as to whether more than will pay out for definite. As I have paid out the amount of £474.00 in the last four weeks on my dog for her care I am going to bed at night worrying and wondering what to do. How does this product give you peace of mind as it claims? I have not slept or eaten properly since this all began, I had a healthy dog one day and an ailing dog the next and in the seven years I have never claimed on this insurance before. The drops recommended are £24.00 a fortnight, how can I afford this on going problem, I have paid out up to now more than I earn each month. I am unable to state if this is a good company or bad but I have kept dogs all of my adult life (54 years) and never had pet insurance before, and I certainly would not use More Than pet insurance again. I am taking my dog to the specialist this afternoon, and will find that money by putting it on a credit card, I thought this was the reason that I took out pet insurance. But it seems not.
