My delivery arrived as planned (next day) which should always be the case, given that I paid extra for it.
The thought the quality of the clothes I ordered from ASOS seemed really shoddy. The website takes pretty good photos with the clothes on the models, but when they arrived, they looked like stuff I could have got down the local market. IN FACT - I actually went to a local store and found the same item that I had paid £38 for for £20! I thought the whole idea of buying online was to save costs?
The fact that I had to pay for delivery of my items, plus the cost to return them all is a right put off for me. I definitely won't be using the site again.
