You lose weight, it doesn't taste to bad, its cheap.
Bad Points
It gets boring, the weight doesn't stay off, its not long term sustainable.
General Comments
I started the Special K Diet and got bored on it quite quick! However, having said that I did stick it out for the whole 2 weeks and did lose weight but I couldn't keep it off. Conclusion: Great for quick weight loss perhaps if you need to lose weight for a special occassion but if you're looking to lose weight and keep it off then perhaps think of something else.
