Good Points

Quality, efficient (in relation to most water softeners on the market), aesethetically much nicer than our old unit / others we compared.
Remote control unit / gadget very useful - only unit on the market with this system.
Extremely low salt and waste water usage. hence, environmentally much better than most.


Bad Points

Not the cheapest unit on the market but you get what you pay for..


General Comments

The EcoWater ESM11+ Water Softener is a very good quality unit and fantastic service and support from our local Ecowater Main Dealer.
I find the remote Control very useful and a great gadget to show off! (our unit is in the garage).
Uses only one bag of Salt every 3 Months! and our water is brilliantly soft.Ddealer also supplied our main drinking water system that links via the remote control - we would totally recommend Ecowater and this particular product.
