Staff seemed rude to me when I requested refund
I paid £150 for some acupuncture sessions. I took 1 session £45. I then required a refund as there was no need for me to have the sessions any more.
The shop in Luton then charged me 15% for requiring a refund. I was told the money would be back in my account in a week, it isn't yet and has been over 2 weeks. When I called customer service the lady on the other end of the phone told me to call back another day.
