Poor customer service.
We have had problems trying to get damaged items in a property fixed and have had to resort to doing it ourselves and billing them. In our case they rarely returned our phone calls, messages didn't seem to hav been passed on and the level of customer service is awful.
The house we moved into managed by Wensum had thick dust in places, the place smelt really bad and the kitchen extractor was covered in grease. Numerous items on the inventory were listed as immaculate and were not, they were either dirty or faulty.
