24/7 telephone access, friendly helpful operatives, quick resolutions to most problems, simple and quick internet banking.
We have banked with First Direct for 18 years and they have provided an excellent service while we lived in the UK and abroad. Their internet/phone banking is the best I've used and I have used lots. However, since HSBC took over they are charging more for a poorer service which is very disappointing.
