Good Points

Complete block of internet at specific times. Good internet filtering


Bad Points

Only part of the program works. Specific internet time use option does not work.


General Comments

Net Nanny 5 is a good program for all or nothing, meaning it maybe adequate for young children. I have program installed on 2 computers and am not satisfied with performance. As stated not a bad program for young children up to 9 or 10. Completely blocks internet use when logging onto the computer. Customer support unable to rectify this glitch. Unable to restrict specific internet programs while allowing others access, all or nothing option
