General Comments

Our flight was delayed over 7 hours, bank holiday pick up from durham teeside, spoke to Europcars call centre and branch, excellent customer service. Branch stayed open late to accomodate late arrival after 10 pm. could you ask for more? Have used Europcar before would recommend to anyone, staff friendly. Professional and eager to go the extra mile to achieve a positive result.
