General Comments

order # 11323699
I ordered a Dell inspiron laptop from the tesco-direct website, no problems,
Next day they phoned my home and my partner answered the phone, they said they wanted to speak to me about the order, alas i wasn't in and the employee said that they had to speak to me and could not call back later and would have to cancel the order,
I later got an E-mail saying the order was cancelled and my Credit Card had problems, Very worried, Contacted my bank who were baffled by this and said my card was fine, just bought a fridge today with it no problems,
My partner said the employee on the phone seemed very unsure of what to do so just cancelled the order?,
I have had problems with tesco before, I guess I will have to buy somewhere else as tesco don't appear to want my business which is fine as my confidence in them has been slowly ebbing away and has now gone.
