It makes excellent bread. The graphics being set at an angle are easy to see and read.
It does not need a viewing window because so far it does what it says it will do.
The instructions book with recipes was of poor quality paper and will soon become tatty.
I have compared this Panasonic breadmaker to another with similar features and find the Panasonic has a definite edge on design and on quality of construction. So far it is making better bread. With the graphics set at an angle it is easy to see and use on a standard height work surface. I would have liked more information regarding the chemistry of bread making and what variations within any recipe could be made. I had to work out my own by trial and error. e.g reduction of salt and addition of more water.
