1. Couldnt get through to them on the phone
2. Didn't see the rep at our hotel once
3. Still waiting for our fax!
When tyring to contact them to confirm our flight/booking we had to wait over an hour and a half to get through. Once we did get through they wanted to speak to the lead person, which was my husband and myself. They wouldn't confirm the details to me, this disappointed me as all I needed to do was to confirm the flight.
On our arrival to Turkey our transfer worked out successful. However when we arrived at our hotel they didn't have our booking details. We were given a time and place to meet our goldtrail rep at a place we hadn't even heard of and given no directions to but we happened to see it and went. But when we got there the place where it was been held didn't know anything about it.
Throughout our stay we didn't see our rep at our hotel but luckily we saw one in town and had a brief conversation. She said she would fax our departure details which we are still waiting for!
On our departure, our transfer went well this was due to one of our hotel staff ringing through on our behalf.
I do not recommend Goldtrail Holidays.
