Free car upgrade, friendly service, no extra charges, very cheap!
Was a little difficult to find the employees at Madrid airport (no desk)
As with the below commenter I was also a little dubious about Sixt Car Hire having checked reviews after I booked the car, and the seeming absence of the employees from the airport did little to assuage my fears. Happily after I found them (they were sat outside) I was treated to very good customer services and was seemingly given a free upgrade from a little 107 to a vw polo 1.2 which was a fantastic drive. All in all a very good experience, I'm not sure about other places but their branch at Madrid airport comes thoroughly recommended.
