Bad Points

Filters are difficult to clean and need doing after each clean. Mine regularly overheats and cuts out and my turbo nozzle often jams.


General Comments

This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought. I spend more time cleaning the filters and un-jamming the turbo nozzle than I do actually cleaning. I find it difficult and complicated to empty and as the filters are so poorly designed, the machine constantly overheats and cuts out and you need to wait an hour before it will work again. When (after 6months use) it completely broke down, instead of replacing the product, Morphy Richards insisted on repairing it. Rather than sending an engineer out, the cleaner was collected and taken away for repair. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Advise: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It has caused me nothing but misery since the day I brought it home.
