Staff attituide
Phones 4 U sold me two contracts by mistake.
The staff in the store didn't solve the problem in FIVE months, I had to by myself eventually. They left me with a £660 bill which was a result of their mistake but they would not take responsibility for it, and they refused to pay for it.
I felt that they used to sigh and laugh at me when I went in every couple of weeks to chase up on the things they said they would do, which they had never completed.
They left my once perfect credit rating in ruins.
My phone was cut off at least once a month for 5 months, even though I was paying the bill for the phone I was using, just not for the phone I was sold as a duplicate and has never asked for.
They are without doubt the worst customer service people I have ever had the misfortune to be in the hands of, and their insular, nonchelant attitude left me in a fraught emotional state which I felt they seemed to find amusing.
Fones 4 U should empower their staff to take responsibility for their actions, and to make executive decisions for each individual store in order to meet the needs of their customers when that customer's needs fall outside of the usual box. ESPECIALLY when that customer has had such a situation forced upon them by those exact same staff in the first place.
