Good Points

Pricing is competitive. Good, helpful call centre staff.


Bad Points

Slow response. Outsourced breakdown service.


General Comments

In our second year with Green Flag breakdown. Needed them once last year with a lock out/immobilser problem with the Range Rover owned at the time.
Rescue personnel were supposed to be with us within the hour but it was nearer two before the outsourced garage service turned up, from a garage two miles away.
The mechanic tried a few fundamental tests, (which I had aleady done from the user manual), then put the vehicle onto the back of his tow truck.
