Good Points

Excellent rates for younger drivers or drivers of any age with imported or highly modified motors.


Bad Points

Very uncompetitive for experienced drivers with "normal" cars.
"Cold" customer service. Poor record keeping.


General Comments

I insured a very highly modified vehicle through Adrian Flux and have to say they were by far the cheapest for that motor. However when I sold that vehicle and bought a "normal" model and was horrified at the best quote given. As I was halfway through the insurance period I accepted it but changed as soon as I could at renewal time.
I found some operators to be very "cold" on the phone, plus I had a problem with them losing a highly detailed vehicle modification sheet I had sent to them. Some time later after supplying another, I received an apology, as they had found the original.
