Easy to use


General Comments

Site always crash, customer service? Personally found customer services to be very unhelpful. Using 3dcart is a 'here is your site good luck' solution I felt. I switch to network solutions and love it! Customer service is 24/7, very friendly and helpful. I would think twice before going back to 3dcart.com

    I'm sorry to hear that about 3dcart, I've actually been using them for a couple years now and I couldn't be any happier. It definitively sounds like you had a bad experience with them, but their tech support is actually very knowledgeable and I don't remember the last time I experienced any downtime.
    Now, Network Solutions used to be great as Monster Commerce, the 4.0 version was very good, but their new 7.0 version is a major step backwards, they actually removed features and establish new limitations (like the fact that you can't have more than 1000 categories). I don't have any experience with their tech support so I really can't comment on that.
    For those looking at 3dcart, they released a new 3.0 version which includes Affiliate Program, Wish List, Gift Registry, Multiple Ship To, Taxes by Zip Code, CRM, RMA, Single Page Checkout, and a Reward Points system.
