delivered on the wrong day (before)
I placed an order yesterday (Saturday) for a delivery on Sunday (today). On Sunday is my mom's birthday and in our culture specifically it is considered to be bad luck to receive any gifts/flower earlier than your actual birthday. In my order I specified the delivery date of Sunday. In the special request box I even put preference for delivery between 9-10am. One of the reasons I chose eflorist is because the other 2 companies I tried did not deliver on Sunday and eflorist did (it is in their terms and conditions). Well, guess what, the flowers were delivered on Saturday (one day earlier than mom's birthday). When I called the customer service, the girl said they don't deliver on Sunday and it is on their Home page. Well, definitely not if you access the home page from my computer? She couldn't do anything for me at all and I felt as though she acted like it was all my fault. That's about it. I am yet to check my credit card charges.
