Very informative and complete help pages. Easy-to-use file storage set-up with an easy way to make directoris and files available on the Web. Easy-to-use notepads. I've been using runbox.com for my business e-mail and fastmail.fm for my personal mail.
Bad Points
Searching is quite a bit off the standards that Google has set. Cannot categorize and order the notepads as I would like. The notepads seem to be a stack and one can't do anything about that.
General Comments
All things considered, fastmail.fm is the best among the choices I've been able to try and that's quite a few, including "free" and "for a fee" services. With regards to the enhanced service, The Web client is responsive and easy to use. In many cases, I've been able to recover an e-mail in preparation after I thought I had lost it. I'm now committed to bring both of those e-mail categories to fastmail.fm when my runbox.com subscription runs out because, as limited as searching is in fastmail.fm, it's nearly non-existent in runbox.com. Fastmail.fm works well from local clients, like Outlook and Pegsus.
