Very poor customer service.
Not clear about prices.
I booked a flight to Sydney Australia, once agreeing a price and providing my credit card details they contacted me back to say that the fare has gone up and they require more money, after agreeing this because if I did not get the flights my trip home was ruined. They contacted me again to report that my credit card details were wrong. This went on for 5 days and during this period I spoke with some members of staff who were not very helpful.
