Good location friendly staff with good evening entertainment. Reception were responsive with complaints.
Considering the cost, we felt that very little of our money was being put back into the park. We went in a family group of 46 with 8 caravans so I feel can give a general overview. All the Caravans were shabby, dirty and had seen better days. The appliances varied, some had microwaves, and some had toasters but there was noting uniform. We insisted that several of our vans were re-cleaned due to them being dirty. e.g., dirty windows, stained carpets, mud up walls, grim and hairs all over the bathrooms and toilets. This view was echoed through the park as we often heard other holidaymakers moaning about the state of the Caravans. The Caravans are set so close together you could hear the constant thumping drown of people walking and even conversations. The mattress was really poor quality with what felt like just a sheet over the springs. Everything was so expensive and we felt that they were ripping off their captive audience.
The main campus section was too small to deal with the volume of Caravans the park offered, which was disappointing. The main function room was full within 5 minutes of opening, with standing room only and the pool was always packed like sardines.
