Have only ever been in MK One once and it will also be the last. I bought 2 nice wrap dresses and a top, once home and tried on the top it was not the right size, so therefore took it back to exchange. I was told because i had had gone 4 days over the 14 day period to exchange they could do nothing. The manager was of no help either, i explained that i wasn't local and so that was my first chance back to the shop, which fell on deaf ears too. I was furious, not because i wanted a refund, i didn't, just an exchange, but the fact that the top is completely useless to me. I would much rather shop in a quality store where you can expect decency.
