Suction
Relatively Lightweight
Very easy to assemble
Turbobrush (great for stairs)
Bit fiddly with hose extension (but only bought it today so still getting used to it)
Read reviews on Dysons (in general) and despite Dyson's reputation, I was a bit hesistant about spending £200 on vacuum cleaner. I have to say that after initial use I am very impressed. The carpets had been vacuumed only hours before with Electrolux vacuum (which this Dyson replaces because despite "cyclonic technology" it lost useful suction within about 18 months, despite frequently cleaning filters).
Also, with the turbobrush (no extended hose) I can cover 9 stairs, which I deem to be adequate.
I hope that the Dyson maintains its performance as on first impressions I shouldn't have hesitated to buy in the first place.
Please note I have given a durability rating of 5 to remain neutral as I cannot yet comment on robustness of this vacuum cleaner.
