Good Points

They had the product I was looking for in terms of bathroom cabinet


Bad Points

I thought HDNL, the company they use for delivery, were unsatisfactory.


General Comments

I paid 7 pounds for a "named delivery day" with John Lewis, waited all day. Turns out the van could not find the location so went back to the depot, seemingly without trying to call to get directions. As I can't take days off from work on such a regular basis, I had to cancel the order.
