Really is non-stick.
Copes well at high temperatures.
Bad Points
Very expensive.
A little heavy.
Lack of small saucepans in the range.
Very difficult to get hold of in the UK.
General Comments
There were only 2 UK distributors that I could find and both were out of stock of most of the range and not getting more supplies in for several months. I think Gastrolux really do need to improve the availability of their product.
I found the frying pan works best if you heat it up high first before adding food such as eggs.
I bought the saucepans with 2 handles which are great although the smallest is 20cm and a bit big for heating up small amounts. It would be great if they did smaller saucepans although there is a 16cm milk pan then goes up to 20cm.
Apart from that I'm glad I splashed out. These really are very good quality pans and I can cook at high temperatures knowing I'm not potentially poisoned by PTFE.
