It works
Attractive plastic casing
Wow factor for un-discerning
Fiddly and inelegant interconnected modules
Artificial sound
Cheap feeling components
Price
Good looks come at the cost of interconnecting an external power supply and video enhancer making installation challenging. It also make the sleek looks shown in the ads almost impossible to achieve - where are all the cables and external boxes!
The audio set up DVD is excruciating. The Bose marketing team seem to have forgotten about cognitive dissonance and continue to sell Sell SELL while all you want is the sound calibration.
It has a Sharper Image feel to it, mutton dressed as lamb.
It is way too expensive for the quality of image and sound. This is not aimed at people who are particularly interested in performance but in a simple decision for something that looks right and looks exclusive.
