After service was awful. Took my faulty laptop in on monday and was promised a call within 24 hours. I rang on wednesday (all automated) and eventually someone said they'd get an urgent call to me, then on Thursday I rang (still a central line) and was told the only person available was the manager and he wouldn't take the call but would get tech guys to call urgently. It's now afternoon on Friday and still no call.
The Lakeside store was very poor with customer relation. A laptop was under warrently and I had their support package but a young lady started talking about charges, so I reminded her that it was under warranty and any repairs were free.
