General Comments

We bought the Samsung RS21 a year ago. It worked fine for about 10 months then problems started. Contacted Samsung and they arranged to send engineer around. I have so far had four different engineer visits and problem has not been fixed. Samsung again want to send another engineer next week. My fridge temp is 19 degrees and the freezer is 2 degrees.
I am very disappointed with this purchase. I watched the BBC watchdog programme. I bought the fridge from Comet together with 5 year warranty. called Comet and they referred me to Samsung.

What are my options now? Samsung say the engineer visit will be the last before a probable swap.
