The first bank to provide ATMs across the India. Brought revolution in Indian Banking.
Extremely bad in handling customers complaints. Customer is unlikely to get redressal of his complaint and finally has to give up hope to get justice from ICICI Bank.
This bank has very complicated process to pay the Credit Card dues. If you do not have an Account with this bank, you are at the mercy of a faulty system.. Twice I made the payments but none was reflecting in the Card Account but I was asked to pay Late Payment Fee and arbitrary Interest by declaring me as a defaulter.
Their escalation matrix does not appear to work well enough. They do not seem to understand the issues I've raised. Finally either customer leaves them or forget the hope of getting justice.
After two months of follow up, I got the confirmation that ICICI Bank had received two payments from me.
It is better not to deal with ICICI Bank in future. I have surrendered their Credit Card.
