Customer service.
I booked 2 flights with Goldtrail on 2nd August. Had written confirmation from them a couple of days later, no money was taken from my account so I called them albeit a couple of weeks later! They informed me my booking was cancelled due to a problem with payment (Paid with debit card with more than sufficient funds in). They claimed to have tried to contact me with now response, the email address they sent confimation to but no email received. I asked why they didn't call, they don't need to as the email gets sent automatically? I could however rebook the same flight at a higher cost. I own a place in turkey that i rent out and travel out 2 or 3 times a year and will certainly urge anyone to not book directly with Goldtrail.
