The flight on the plane from Glasgow to Heraklion was very roomy and the meal was nice. 45 mins delay going out on the 14th. 14 1/2 hours delay coming back on the 21st August. Lack of information, checked baggage in then had to go to other desk to queue yet again to hand luggage in. Supposed to board at 8.05 for 8.40 am flight, instead left waiting to board for over 1 hour. Flight back, breakfast was poor, lukewarm cup of tea, no trolley service throughout the flight. Bearing in mind we were supposed to fly home at 7.25pm on 21st August.!!! Deplorable. Would not choose to fly with Thomas Cook again.
