Bad Points
There is always a bad point, as I said in my good point review, I had to spell everything, as sometimes there can be language difficulties. This I understand.

General Comments
We had a great holiday everything went smoothly, thanks Southall Travel. I will be booking again. I liked the convenience of booking my holiday on the inter- net, with southall travel. I hate sitting round in over crowded travel agents where everyone can hear where you are going on holiday. Southall were very good with us. Before we confirmed anything with them, we sent emails of how we wanted our names spelt, dates and times, and nothing was paid for until this was correct and I must admit, they got it right first time.
