We called up at 1pm to ask for a quote, and someone was round at 4pm.
The price dropped when we didn't agree with the initial price, why could we not get that price in the first place?
We didn't go ahead with our Crystal Windows order for a new front door, as we were unhappy how the price dropped. We started with a figure of £3k (!), and then it came down to about £1800 through various complicated calculations. When we said it was still too much, it came down to £1600.
The fact that the price could drop that much made us loose all faith. Also to get this 'amazing' price of £1600, we had to agree on the spot. That just made it worse for us.
I absolutely don't recommend Crystal Windows.
