Did not provide the service paid for. Customer relations appalling.

General Comments

Paid for 4 tickets only 3 provided although money taken out of account. would accept no responsibility, no apology. Had to purchase another ticket at airport. Had to write to various public bodies to recover money spent on the additional ticket.
