Good Points

Lower prices than others at the lowest shipping, but not by more than a dollar.

Bad Points

The shipping info is misleading and the customer service reps I dealt with were rude and unhelpful.

General Comments

I ordered a travel carrier with the intent of permanent future use, but more immediately, to pick up my kitten when she was old enough to leave the litter. Although the page says this product ships from the manufacturer, the checkout option allowed for faster delivery options via FedEx. After receiving a confirmation email with nothing but an order number, I call customer service to track my package. The sales girl said that they did not have the tracking info available and that since it is being shipped from the manufacturer, it would take up to three weeks! Not the 2-3 business days I paid extra for. She said the the page notes this and that they would not (not that they could not) refund the extra shipping expense. It is not with the headache of dealing with these ill informed people and long shipping times to save a couple cents! I don't recommend you shopping here! Try petstore.com or, better yet, Target!
