Excellent machine for the first 15 months until the drive shaft in the motor sheared with no apparent cause.
Bad Points
Impossible to get any response from Flymo by email, phone or letter so far. Few spare parts according to my repairer - no shaft available, so the motor has to be replaced at a cost of £35 plus £10- £15 fitting for a mower that only cost £65!
General Comments
If my Flymo Turbo Compact 330 Lawn Mower had not broken so dramatically, or we had been able to get some response from the company we would have been very happy with it. As it is, the experience has left us incredibly frustrated and needing a new mower after just 15 months of very ordinary use.
