Price, helpful staff, efficient check-in.
Delay, pretty cramped.
I've flown back and forth between Glasgow and Canada several times with Zoom (the last time being this July/August alone with a 2 year old) and can't really complain about them. Sure, the seats in economy are tight and the food's not great, but honestly... you get what you pay for! On the last flight we were delayed for 5 or so hours when returning to the UK but all staff were helpful and seemed to do their best giving us what information we had. I expect to book with them again for my next visit over.
