Their sales and customer service has been awful. Their original offer in 2007 was six months free. They did not let me know that it was an 18 month contract 6 months paid, then 6 months free and then another six months paid. Before my mother went into the six months free they were already calling (a woman in her eighties) to change over to a new contract. Luckily she had to make changes to her bank account after losing her purse which meant they could no longer take payments. Especially after putting her on a more expensoive service without her permission.
