Bad Points
Took a long time to process cashback, was blamed on system going down
General Comments
Bought the phone on line, quick delivery. When it came to paying cashback it was another matter. Did not receive replies to emails and kept saying system is down and will have to process claims manually and would take time and would not commit to date as to receiving cashback.
I suggest contacting ISIS as per the logo on mobileshop's site on the left hand side. I hope this helps.
