General Comments

I hate this new format: I can't acess my e-mail contacts. We are having a major fm crisis and I can't get messages out to fm members so have to call. Go back to the original: it was colorful, had nice layout scheme, and I enjoyed using it for my homepage: now? I don't want to look at a gray, s\jumbled screen when I use my lap top.

When are you going to get your act together and cater to your customers again.
