General Comments
I have just managed to end my 12 month contract after a long hard struggle. The sales staff seemed really unhelpful and gave me conflicting information as to when I should phone for my 'disconnection code' - I was given three different dates!
The sales guy was still trying to sell me other deals and asked me 'If I liked wasting my money!' when I said I wasn't interested and just wanted to cancel. I was finally given the code and told the address to write to in order to end the contract.
I sent the letter by recorded delivery, and after a few days decided to email them to check they had received the letter. They claimed they hadn't.... so I had to email them the tracking number to prove that it had been posted.

I am experiencing the same problem. Today I`ll send the 3rd letter to terminate my contract. It seems they dont check the post box or they never go to pick up undelivered mail from post office. Its total nightmare when it comes to terminate contract with CW. Please let us know about the result. Good luck.
