Can't think of any. The flights were on time.
We paid over a grand for two flights to Las Vegas. When booking the flights we were not aware that we had to pre book meals. To not provide complimentry meals on a ten hour flight having charged over a grand is disappointing. If you hadn't paid for the meal, some staff seemed impatient. The earfones we bought only worked through one ear, and the selection of in flight entertainment was limited with the same 4 or 5 films and programmes being repeated constantly. The screens were poor quality and quite a few didn't work at all. In order for us to get something to eat we had to go to the back of the plane to ask to buy something, we were not offered any alternative or chance to purchase a meal. When we got back to Manchester we had to wait nearly two hours to get our cases apparently because of a technical problem with the aircraft.
All in all a disappointing airline with seemingly not enough concern for passenger comfort.
We flew the same flight in December last year with North West Airlines and were treated very well with 2 free meals, free snacks and free drinks all the way there. I wouldn't recommend flying with Thomas Cook long haul to anyone.
