Good Points

Ideally situated to all of the dining, entertainment and shopping. Only a 3 minute drive to Hwy 192. This is where we spent all of our free time when not at the theme parks. Terra Verde Resort is also only 10 - 15 minutes from Disney.

General Comments

I wish I knew about Terra Verde before. Our family visits Florida every year and we have stayed in every motel, hotel on the Hwy 192 strip. We even stayed at the so called famous Windsor Hills. But.. this resort was the absolute best. Hidden just a 3 minute drive south of Hwy 192 and kind of behind world famous Old Town is this resort. This resort is built in an area that is quieter with lots of open areas around it and not on the busy Highways and stretches as other resorts. When you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and other attractions then this is the resort for you. Feels like you are miles from everything but only minutes away. The resort is built around its own 3 acre lake that is stocked with fish that the children can fish in. How cool is that in Kissimmee. The townhomes are well layed out and not boxy like other resorts. The community pool is big and overlooks the lake. Lots of things for kids and teens to do outdoors at the resort. The townhomes with the pools are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and have a very usable pool. We were shocked at the size of our own private pool considering it was a townhome. Kids loved it.
Cannot go wrong with this quailty built resort located next the everything that you would want to do while in the Disney area.
Definitely staying again at Terra Verde.
