Good Points

As Homecall it was great with no problems both with service and accounts but once Pipex became involved it was just terrible.


Bad Points

Call centres with some staff who don't seem to speak or understand English.
It should be called Customer Don't Care in my experience, I was kept waiting and having to repeat everthing 2-3 times, no supervisors were ever there and promised call backs haven't happened.


General Comments

Having had £59.97 credit in April we were cut off both internet and phone 3 times being told we owe money having got a MAC code and left them in May we are still getting letters in August despite them taking £157 from our account in June (still no refund or answer from anyone as to why this happened.) asking for money.
The worst firm ever in my experience, now owned by Tiscali, not recommended.
