My partner booked this all inclusive holiday as a surprise for our twin girls and myself as we had never been abroad, on arrival at the Seyir hotel we were told no room available! This was at 4am in the morning we had booked and paid for two rooms, at 10.30am we were offered a dirty room! Of course we declined to take it and sat around till 12pm when we got given a very basic room with a double bed and two singles in it that was the start of a very upsetting and tiring week for us all we were kept awake by numerous people fighting swearing and generally misbehaving. A milkshake cost £2.50 bag of crisps £2.50 etc, no entertainment at all for the kids or adults. We spent an extra £2000 eating out and entertaining the girls so they could come back and tell there friends they had a great time. We certainly wont be having turkey for Xmas dinner this year, were having DUCK, I would advise all thinking of going to Turkey through Goldtrail that you give it a miss and go elsewhere, the reps were never around.
