High standard of accommodation, well kept grounds which were patrolled regularly. The Supermarket was well stocked and actually not too overpriced.
Bars were expensive however and service in the Irish Bar was particularly slow. The staff were unable to cope even when it was slightly busy and could never judge who had been standing there the longest.
I would certainly stay at Polaris World La Torre in the future. A car is certainly recommended. We booked a villa which stated it was fully air conditioned. Only one room was however and ceiling fans were used in the bedrooms which were of little use. I would recommend you double check on booking that when they state fully air conditioned they actually mean there are units in all of the rooms. The temperature never dropped below 28 and the rooms were uncomfortably hot.
